Walter Garcia
Designer - Developer
Magnificent Aesthetics First
Award winning designer – developer, Walter Garcia has continuously raised the bar in sold-out multi-million dollar projects for UHNWI. His expertise is transforming and delivering a white glove solution for owners and investors of waterfront properties where one can dock one’s private 80 footer.

Cuban born and NY raised, Walter learned from an early age what luxury was when he started working for big labels on 5th Ave. like Gucci among others. Shortly after, with his personal savings and a share capital of $20K he opened his mensware Top-and-Tees Garcia’s retail store, scaling it to a chain of stores and outlets between NYC and PR where he was manufacturing with his own label. Making GQ covers and NYFW catwalks are among the fun achievements Garcia has enjoyed along the way.
Shortly after, he opened the largest Fine Art Gallery storefront on 5th Ave. just as Trump Towers was making its debut in the world. His gallery carried LATAM masters such as Botero, Olga de Amaral and Wilfredo Lam. During this time he amassed a corporate and private collector base that encompasses the executive board for Chase Manhattan Bank.
When bi-locating to Miami he fell in love with the city and started investing in real estate. This enabled him to understand the appetite of both the locals and the snow-birds seeking lush winter homes in the Palm Beach to Miami Beach corridor. Now he has created and established a foot print like no other in the region. All the properties he has transformed have reached sales record highs. Some of his prominent clients are the Green, Shiver and Hirt Families. Garcia has also pioneered self sustainable – green projects such as Emerald Island.
